Depression can occur to anyone, anytime. But it's the choice of ours to overcome from that debilitating illness, to stand out and to fight. 

As they say some days are better than others, may be today is a bad day.

 And if, today is a bad day it doesn't mean it's the end of world. It's just a bad day not a bad life ahead. You have today and many other days yet to come; many challenges yet to face.

Have courage, believe in yourself, go with your intuition, try new things and overall accept challenges. Challenges aren't there to prove us WRONG; No, they are there to make us more STRONG.
